Version features and bug fixes

Previous version (7.8.2) introduced new feature - activating existing instance of CryptoExpert when clicking cryptoexpert's tray icon. Before this feature, tray icon displayed error message "CryptoExpert is already running" when cryptoexpert's window was overlapped by another windows.

But when program's window was in minimized state, it was not restored. Since this version 7.8.3, the program's window is also restored from minimized state and it is moved to the top of all other windows when clicking program icon located in the tray notification area.
