Version features and bug fixes

In some situations, for example when the tray notification area is overloaded by programs, not all of them could be loaded on Windows start, because most of these programs were designed without knowledge to wait for existance of the Windows Explorer's tray notification area. In this case these programs shown error message like "Cannot create tray icons" and then terminated.

CryptoExpert now, in this situations, always waits when the tray is created and then places own icon to it.
