Displaying list of processes locking mounted secure vault

Significally improved the module detecting applications locking files on mounted vault. To prevent the possibitliy of damaging opened files, CryptoExpert displays this window.
Now the module detects all locking applications as well as locked files on Windows XP/Vista/Win7/Win8.

We are glad to introduce new update for CryptoExpert 8.

In this version we significally improved the vault creation wizard. We added the vault size slider and some other parts.

Additionally we fixed several bugs in the application. It crashed when clicking the Help button. Fixed. 
Fixed strange behaviour of the popup menu in the breadcrumb control.

In this version we made several minor enhancements. Additionally, we added new button to the task bar: "Vaults / Drives". It displays the list of available drives and secure vaults.
